How to Use

  1. Log in to iBank Mobile App.
  2. Go to Move Money in the main menu.
  3. Select Money Movement.
  4. Choose either:
    • Send Money (to transfer funds domestically or internationally)
    • Add Money (to receive funds to your INVESTBANK Visa card).
  5. Enter the recipient’s Visa card number and the transfer amount.
  6. Confirm the transaction and your money moves instantly.*

*Transfers are typically instant, but may vary depending on the receiving bank.
– You can also find Sign Up for Visa+ under the Move Money section to send and receive money using mobile numbers.
– Clients can check their transaction history.

Service Details

  • Up to 15 transfers per day (send and receive combined).
  • Service fee: 4% per transaction, minimum 4 JOD ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency)  or equivalent.
  • Funds are received directly in the account linked to the Visa card.
  • Beneficiaries are not required to share card PINs or expiry dates.
  • Withdraw or spend funds instantly using ATMs or POS.

Transaction Limits

Domestic Transfers

  • Maximum per Transaction: JOD 500 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Daily Limit: JOD 7,500 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Monthly Limit: JOD 15,000 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Daily Transaction Cap: 15
  • Monthly Transaction Cap: 50

Cross-Border Transfers

  • Maximum per Transaction: JOD 1,000 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Daily Limit: JOD 5,000 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Monthly Limit: JOD 25,000 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency) 
  • Daily Transaction Cap: 15
  • Monthly Transaction Cap: 50

Minimum Transaction Amount: JOD 20 ( equivalent to the Foreign Currency)
