We are looking for Senior Officer Information Technology & Payments & Application Support with At least 4-5 years of experience in information technology or fresh graduate to join Information Technology Department team at INVESTBANK.     Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation, troubleshooting & maintenance of banking systems.
• Administrate the main systems and databases that are accessible by end users for Swift, Local payment systems, Signature system, DMS, Backup unit ..etc).
• Produce reports as requested by different organizational units when needed.
• Run procedures related to all relative systems (printing, reporting & backups).
• Archive backup materials.
• Diagnose & recover system failures.
• Automate the back up on the production servers.
• Back up & restore application and databases.
• Check backups: logs & data on all live servers.
• Test and roll out new patches and updates.
• Ensure creating/deleting/maintaining users.
• Administer users' passwords, access and options granted including Swift & payment systems administration.
• Diagnose & recover programs/systems failures.
• Any other duties and assignments as requested by the Direct Superior.
• Supporting Projects related to Unit.

    Technical Skills: Cybersecurity responsibilities:

• Protect integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the applications and systems and the data they store, transmit, and process in compliance with the internal security policy as well as external requirements, including regulatory and legal obligations and relevant international standards.
• Apply the security requirements provided by the information security department regarding the security of the applications and systems and the data they store, transmit, and process.
• Implement and maintain the technical security measures and operational controls to protect the security and privacy of data in accordance with INVESTBANK’s information security policy.
• Prevent unauthorized access and modifications to the applications, systems, and their operational activities.
• Maintain physical security of INVESTBANK’s data centers and IT workplace.
• Support responding to security incidents efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to the Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs) and the generic cybersecurity hygiene at INVESTBANK as communicated by the information security department.

    Required Educational Level

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• IT related certificates, such as: CISA, MCSD ,MCSE , CCNA;:
• Previous experience in the banking/financial industry
