iCash Service – Terms & Conditions
When the customer submits a request for the iCash service through the iBank online banking service, the customer agrees—effective from the date of submitting the iCash request and until full settlement of the amount—to the following terms and conditions:
- The customer must not have any due and unpaid installments.
- The customer’s salary must have been transferred at least once to any INVESTBANK account, with a minimum monthly salary of 400 Jordanian Dinars.
- The customer may apply for the iCash service within a minimum of 9 days and a maximum of 35 days from the date the salary is transferred to their account at INVESTBANK.
- If more than 35 days have passed since the last salary transfer, the customer cannot apply for the iCash service.
- The customer may receive up to 50% of the net average salary for the last three months, after deducting all obligations due within 30 days, including loan installments or credit card balances.
- The iCash service is offered at 0% interest, provided that the advance amount is fully repaid within 23 days from the date the iCash request is submitted.
- The iCash service is available only for salaries transferred in Jordanian Dinars. Salaries transferred in foreign currencies are excluded.
- The customer authorizes the bank to open an iCash account automatically for the purpose of utilizing the service.
- The service is subject to a fee based on the advance amount, as shown in the table below:
| iCash amount | Fee |
|---|---|
|
1 – 999 JOD 1,000 and 2,999 JOD 3,000 JOD and above |
JOD 5 JOD 10 JOD 20 |
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the approved limit in multiple transactions during the service period; however, an execution fee will be charged each time the customer requests the service.
- The minimum iCash amount is 50 JOD, and the maximum is 10,000 JOD.
- The customer authorizes the bank to automatically settle any outstanding balance under the iCash service as soon as any amounts are deposited into their bank account, either partially or in full.
- The customer may settle the iCash advance by transferring funds to the iCash account through iBank.jo.
- If the iCash due date falls on an official holiday, the bank has the right to collect the amount on the business day preceding the holiday.
- If the customer delays repayment of the full amount granted—plus execution fees—beyond 23 days from the due date, the bank has the right to deduct a fixed fee of 10 JOD, applicable until the full settlement of the advance.
- If the 23rd day from the application date falls on a weekend or official holiday, the fee will be collected on the last business day before that date.
- If 21 days pass and the customer has not repaid the outstanding iCash balance, the iCash service will be suspended until all outstanding amounts are settled.
- The bank has the right, at any time and without stating reasons, to terminate this service and demand repayment of any amounts credited to the customer’s account under these terms and conditions.
