Terms and conditions

• The campaign runs from 17/2/2026 to 19/4/2026.
• Total number of winners: 13 winners. Each prize includes the main winner and one guest.
• Each winner and their guest will receive flight tickets, 4 nights of hotel accommodation, a match ticket, and transportation to and from the airport and the match venue.
• The campaign is open to all credit cardholders of Bank al Etihad, including Gold, Platinum, Signature, Infinite, foreign currency credit cards, and business credit cards.
• The campaign also includes all INVESTBANK credit cardholders who are retail customers, including personal establishments across all card types: Gold, Platinum, PRIME Infinite, Signature, Shop & Ship (Gold and Platinum), foreign currency cards (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AED), and MILES&SMILES cards.
• Eligible transactions for the draw: Local and international purchase transactions made in stores or online, provided that the transactions are settled and charged to the credit card. This also includes cash withdrawals from the credit card through an ATM, and transfers from the credit card to any of the customer’s accounts through the app.
• Non-eligible transactions: Instalment transactions under Easy Payment Plans and balance transfer transactions from credit cards.

How to boost your chances of winning

• Every 5 JOD spent on your credit card (locally or internationally) in stores or online = 1 entry chance.
• Every 100 JOD spent internationally in stores or online = 50 extra entry chances.
• Every 50 JOD spent locally during Ramadan on groceries (in supermarkets only) = 25 extra entry chances.
• Getting a new credit card during the campaign period automatically earns you 100 entry chances.

Requirements for winning

• Winners will be contacted through the phone number or email registered with the bank.
• If the contact details are incorrect or there’s no response within 48 hours, the bank has the right to cancel the prize or select another winner.
• The bank has the right to announce winners’ names and publish their photos as it sees fit. If a winner declines, the prize will be cancelled.
• Prizes can’t be collected by someone other than the winner without the bank’s approval.
• Employees of the bank and its subsidiaries, and their first-degree relatives, as well as members of the Board of Directors and their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to enter the draw.
• Winners must confirm whether they accept or decline the prize within 24 hours of being notified.
• Winners must apply for a US visa. If the visa is denied, the prize may be transferred to a first-degree relative. Otherwise, another winner may be selected.
• Cancelled or refunded transactions don’t count.
• Winners must not be listed in default or collection cases at the bank.
• The bank may launch other offers during the campaign to increase the chances of winning.
• Transactions made using supplementary cards will count toward the primary card.
• Cards must remain active throughout the campaign period.
• Prizes can’t be sold or exchanged for cash
