Required Documents

  • Valid national ID or Military ID.
  • Power of Attorney (POA): Certified copy with all relevant documents for both agent and client.
  • For Clients with Special Needs: A medical report showing disability type and degree or ID card from the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
  • Additional documentation as per banking policies.
  • Minimum age: 18 Years.

Terms and Conditions

  • Account Disclosure: Please provide  a written undertaking to notify the bank if you open any additional accounts beyond the Basic Account at any other bank.
  • Account Update: If frequent transfers exceed the set limits over six months, the Bank may transition your Basic Account to a standard account.
  • Fee Adjustments: If the client holds other bank accounts or conducts additional transactions, the Bank reserves the right to apply all relevant fees and commissions that were previously waived, after providing prior notification to the client.
  • Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no activity for over one year, even if a balance remains, may be classified as dormant if the Bank is unable to contact the account holder.
  • Exclusions: The following features are not included in this account:
  • Credit Facilities
  • Cheque Book Requests
  • Credit Card Issuance
  • Credit Interests or Special Prizes

Account Closure Conditions

The bank is entitled to close the account if:

  • The Client provides the Bank with false or misleading information.
  • The Client holds another bank account, either before or after opening the basic account.
  • The Client fails to comply with the account’s terms and conditions.
  • No withdrawals or deposits are made on the account, the account balance is zero, and the
  • Bank is unable to contact the account holder for a period exceeding 3 months.
