INVESTBANK Supports Renovation of Classrooms at Al-Bunayat Center for Special Education

July 3, 2025

As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility, INVESTBANK, the leader in providing innovative banking solutions, has announced its support for the Al-Bunayat Center for Special Education, operated by the Young Muslim Women’s Association. The initiative will fund the renovation of 12 classrooms at the center, helping to create a comprehensive and stimulating learning environment for students with disabilities.

The project addresses the urgent need for modern, well-equipped classrooms that align with individualized education plans and provide the supportive services these students require. Approximately 50 students will benefit, gaining the opportunity to continue their education in a safe, engaging space designed to meet their unique needs. This will enhance their integration into society and promote greater independence.

Commenting on the initiative, INVESTBANK CEO Muntaser Dawwas stated that the bank’s support reflects its deep belief in empowering vulnerable communities, especially children with disabilities, as a vital foundation for building a more just and inclusive society.

Dawwas reaffirmed the bank’s belief that education is a basic right for every child and that a nurturing learning environment can open new pathways for students with disabilities, helping them achieve brighter, more integrated futures. He added that the bank remains committed to supporting impactful and sustainable initiatives that improve people’s lives.

This project is part of INVESTBANK’s broader efforts to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals through its corporate social responsibility programs — particularly Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The initiative is the result of strong collaboration between the private sector, represented by INVESTBANK, and civil society, represented by the Muslim Girls Association. It reflects a shared vision of empowering vulnerable groups and creating meaningful opportunities that make a real difference in their everyday lives.
