Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. The campaign will run from 01/07/2025 till 31/10/2025.
  2. This campaign includes all Credit Cards issued under Retail segment (Individuals & BSC).
  3. The Campaign prize is a shopping voucher from selected merchants, to be used by the clients before 31/12/2025. The mechanism for obtaining the vouchers is as follows:

4. This campaign includes transactions related to educational tuition that are made through points of sale or eCommerce transaction only. Below are the transactions not included: 

    • Balance transfers
    • Cash withdrawals
    • Purchases (local, international, or online)
  1. The minimum eligible transaction amount is JOD 1,000.
  2. Clients can benefit from our Flexible Payment Plan program simply by calling our contact center to install the tuition amount paid on the below tenors with zero interest and 50% discount on FPP one-time fee during the campaign period.
  • 3 months: 4% (minimum JOD 40)
  • 6 months: 6% (minimum JOD 60)
  • 12 months: 8% (minimum JOD 80)

 

  1. The prize will be issued as a “purchase voucher” and delivered to the customer upon payment of any school/university/nursery tuition on the credit card.
  2. Vouchers will be issued and delivered within a maximum of 15 business days from the transaction date and should be posted by the merchant.
  3. Any transaction made on supplementary cards will be accumulated and counted on the client primary card.
  4. The winner cannot delegate to another party to collect their prize unless approved by the Bank.
  5. INVESTBANK staff and first-degree relatives of staff of the Bank and its subsidiaries are excluded from the campaign.
  6. The credit card must be active for the customer to be eligible for the voucher.
  7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used outside the approved participating stores.
  8. If the voucher expires unused, the customer forfeits their right to it.
  9. Each customer is eligible for only one voucher during the campaign.
  10. The Bank has the right to announce the winner in any way they see appropriate whether writing winner’s name or sharing his picture on any media channel and whoever disapproves will be disqualified and cannot redeem the prize.
  11. If the customer makes multiple tuition payments on the same day, the voucher will be issued based on the highest transaction amount.
  12. Winners will be notified/ contacted by phone/ email as per the contact details available at the Bank and if any case the data was inaccurate or wrong or the winner did not respond within 5 working days, the Bank has the right to cancel his/her prize and choose another winner.
  13. The Cash Rewards program is not applicable to the Flexible Payment Plan transaction.
