Eid Al Adha Campaign Terms and Conditions
- All Credit card holders are eligible to win using their INVESTBANK Credit Card during the campaign period.
- This campaign includes current and new clients.
- This campaign includes all INVESTBANK Credit Cards (GOLD, Platinum, Gold and Platinum Shop & Ship, MILES&SMILES (Signature, Infinite), and PRIME Infinite, Signature Business.
- This campaign starts on 14/05/2025 and ends on 29/05/2025.
- Chances are calculated based on the clients’ spending on credit cards (POS, Purchases, ATM withdrawal) during the campaign period where the client gets one chance for every 1000 JOD spent.
- Any chances calculated on transactions made on supplementary cards will be accumulated and counted as chances on the client’s primary card.
- The campaign prize will be JOD 1000 and 50K miles from Turkish airlines for 2 winners that will be announced at the end of the campaign.
- The prize amount will be credited to the client’s account after (3-5) working days from the draw’s date.
- Winners will be notified/ contacted by phone/ email as per the contact details available at INVESTBANK, in any case the data was inaccurate, wrong, or the winner did not respond within 3 working days from the draw date, INVESTBANK has the right to cancel his prize and choose another winner.
- After informing the winner, he/she should inform INVESTBANK of his/her acceptance or rejection of the prize within 24 hours otherwise he/she will lose their right to win, and the prize will be given to the following Cardholder in the list.
- The winner cannot delegate to another party to collect their prize unless approved by INVESTBANK.
- The winner should not be classified under delinquent client list nor collection’s list.
- INVESTBANK staff and subsidiaries’ staff are excluded from this campaign.
- Reversed and canceled transactions will be eliminated.
- The winner’s Credit Card must remain active during the campaign period.
