    1. The campaign starts on 31/08/2025 and ends on 31/12/2025.
    2. This campaign includes bank customers who have not yet downloaded the mobile application on their mobile phones.
    3. To be eligible, the customer must download the mobile app. and make at least one financial transaction through the app (eFAWATEERcom, CliQ, fund transfer, credit card payment, etc.).
    4. A draw will be held weekly to select one eligible customer to win an iPhone 16, as follows:

    5. Both existing and new customers are eligible to benefit from this campaign.

    6. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the campaign and determine the number of winners at its sole discretion and at any time it deems appropriate.

    7. Winners will be contacted via phone using the contact information available with the Bank. In cases where the information is incorrect, outdated, or the winner fails to respond within two (2) business days, the Bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

    8. The winner cannot delegate another party to collect their prize.

    9. The bank has the right to announce the winner in any way they see appropriate whether writing winner’s name or sharing his picture and whoever disapproves will be disqualified and cannot redeem the cash prize.

    10. Bank staff & subsidiary staff are excluded from the campaign

    11. Winners must not be listed under defaulting accounts or in the Bank’s collections records.

    12. A customer may not win more than once during the entire campaign period.

    13. Upon being notified of winning, the customer must confirm acceptance or refusal of the prize within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
