Terms & Conditions: 

1. This campaign starts on 16/11/2025 and ends on 25/12/2025. 
2. All current & new INVESTBANK credit cards are automatically enrolled in this offer including (GOLD, Platinum, Gold and Platinum Shop & Ship, Platinum Foreign Currencies Signature, MILES&SMILES (Signature, Infinite), and PRIME Infinite, Signature Business. 
3. Chances are calculated based on the clients spending on credit card (local POS, online, or international transactions), Cash withdrawals transactions made through eFAWATEERcom, or transfers including (Balance Transfers) are excluded. Chances are calculated as follows: 
   • Client gets 25 chances for every JOD 50 spent internationally or online. 
   • Client gets 10 chances for every JOD 50 spent locally earns. 
4. One winner will be selected weekly for 6 weeks, with a total of 6 winners by the end of the campaign. 
5. Each winner will receive 65,000 Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles miles as the campaign prize. 
6. Any chances calculated on transactions made on supplementary cards will be accumulated and counted as chances on the client’s primary card. 
7. The prize amount will be credited to the client’s account after (3-5) working days from the draw’s date. 
8. Winners will be notified/ contacted by phone/ email as per the contact details available at INVESTBANK, in any case the data was inaccurate, wrong, or the winner did not respond within 3 working days from the draw date, INVESTBANK has the right to cancel his prize and choose another winner. 
9. After informing the winner, he/she should inform INVESTBANK of his/her acceptance or rejection of the prize within 24 hours otherwise he/she will lose their right to win, and the prize will be given to the following Cardholder in the list. 
10. The winner cannot delegate to another party to collect their prize unless approved by INVESTBANK. 
11. INVESTBANK has the right to end this campaign at any time. 
12. The winner should not be classified under delinquent client list nor collection’s list. 
13. INVESTBANK staff and subsidiaries’ staff are excluded from this campaign. 
14. Reversed and canceled transactions will be eliminated. 
15. The winner’s Credit Card must remain active during the campaign period.
