Terms and Conditions - Winter Campaign

As the winter season is approaching and in order to meet the needs of our customers and provide them with more reasons to use our credit cards, we are launching a campaign under the title 'Warm Your Home Without Emptying Your Pocket.' This campaign focuses on providing clients the ability to pay their purchases of home heating fuel (diesel) made through local point of sale in installments for a period of 3 or 6 months. This offer includes a 0% installment fee for the first time and a 50% discount on the fee for the second time."

1. INVESTBANK Credit Card holders can now easily convert diesel-related transactions into installments with 0% interest and no fees for a period of 3 or 6 months only. Through the "Flexible payment plan" program. This service can be easily availed through iBank or by calling the contact center within 14 days from the transaction date.
2. INVESTBANK Credit Card holders can take advantage of this campaign once for free, and a second time with a 50% discount on the fee and for the third time and onwards full one-time commission fee will be charged.

3. The campaign will run from 28/11/2024 till 31/01/2025.
4. This campaign includes all INVESTBANK Credit Cards in JOD (Supplementary and Primary) (GOLD, Platinum, Gold and Platinum Shop & Ship, Signature, MILES&SMILES (Signature, Infinite), PRIME Infinite and Signature Business.
5. This campaign includes transactions made through local POS for diesel bills, and it does not include transactions made through eFAWATEERcom or cash withdrawal transactions.
6. Minimum transaction amount should be 100 JOD and Maximum amount 1,000 JOD per transaction for this campaign.
7. Amounts exceeding the maximum purchase transaction of 1,000 JOD are not included in this campaign, and the one-time commission fee will be charged as usual.
8. Transaction must be posted and not authorized to be applicable for the installment and must not have any outstanding dues on the card.
9. If the customer misses two consecutive installments on their due date, the installment request will be canceled. The installment transaction will be merged with the utilized amounts, and an interest rate on the outstanding balance will be calculated as per the prevailing instructions in this regard.
10. In case the customer requests cancellation of the card while there are due installments, he will have to pay the monthly interest accruing (if any) on the remaining installment months in addition to the remaining amount of the purchase transaction.
11. Credit cards must be active and not classified under delinquent clients to benefit from the FPP program.
12. Customers can repay their full installment transactions by depositing the full amount and contacting the contact center informing them.
13. In the event of a dispute between the merchant and the customer related to the purchase or supply of any goods or services or regarding the payment process, the bank will not be responsible.
14. INVESTBANK staff and subsidiaries’ staff are included in this campaign.
15. The Cash Rewards program (2% Cash back) is not applicable to the Flexible Payment Plan transactions.
