INVESTBANK Sponsors the Second Edition of the ‘Makanati’ Mentoring Program

In line with its commitment to empowering women in the workplace, INVESTBANK, the leading bank in providing innovative financial solutions, has announced its sponsorship of the second edition of the Makanati Mentoring Program. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing the executive presence and leadership skills of women in senior management positions.

Running from December 2024 to May 2025, the program includes two specialized workshops facilitated by the founders of Makanati, and powered by RADA Business Training Coursed for Leadership as a performance partner, as well as four group mentoring sessions.

As part of its sponsorship, three female executives from INVESTBANK’s senior management team, along with twelve other women leaders from various sectors, will participate in the program. The initiative aims to provide professional guidance, foster experience-sharing, and create a lasting impact on female leadership in the workplace.
