INVESTBANK launches WhatsApp for Business

Amman, Jordan: INVESTBANK, the leading bank in providing pioneering banking solutions in Jordan, has announced the launch of its new digital channel “Hala” WhatsApp for its clients.

Building on the Bank's award-winning set of digital services, INVESTBANK’s WhatsApp for Business “Hala” chat banking, is an easy-to-use secure channel that allows clients to effortlessly carry out daily banking functions on the go. These include but are not limited to: checking account balances, the last transactions of account or credit cards, loan applications and status, ATM/Branch locator and a complaints service with more features will be added in the near future.

To subscribe to this service, customers are requested to log in to to activate WhatsApp using their registered mobile number, create a PIN and then start a conversation with “Hala” on WhatsApp.

All messages on INVESTBANK’s verified WhatsApp Business account are encrypted, guaranteeing safety and security of client information. Clients are encouraged to check for the green badge next to the INVESTBANK name in the chat window to ensure they are dealing with the bank's verified WhatsApp Business account.

The implementation of the project that allows these multiple options for the users is carried out in partnership with Infobip, a global cloud communications platform that enables businesses to build connected customer experiences at scale across all stages of the customer journey with easy and contextualized interactions over customers’ preferred channels.
