In a bid to further expand its ATM networks for its clients, and enhancing the ease of banking transactions, INVESTBANK the leader in providing innovative financial services and Jordan Ahli Bank announced the merge of their own ATM networks.

This step allows clients of both banks to access more than 150 Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) spread across Jordan to conduct a number of banking operations at no fee, most notably; Cash withdrawal, cash deposit, account balance inquiry, requesting a mini-statement, and debit card PIN code change.

INVESTBANK CEO Muntaser Dawwas spoke about this step and said: “Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This cooperation with Jordan Ahli Bank will allow our clients to access ATMs at short distances, and conduct a number of banking operations on a larger network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) located in different strategic areas over a wider geographical area throughout Jordan, in order to meet their growing needs.”

Muhammad Musa Daoud CEO of Jordan Ahli Bank, stated that Jordan Ahli Bank seeks through this service to enhance joint efforts and cooperation between Jordanian banks and enrich the clients experience, so that all Jordan Ahli Bank clients can use INVESTBANK's ATMs, as if they were a Jordan Ahli Bank ATM machine, as well as the same for INVESTBANK clients, without any of our clients or their clients incurring any additional commissions.
