Introduction<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bank: INVESTBANK.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Client: A client is someone who has an account with INVESTBANK.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Business day: any day except for Fridays, Saturdays, or any day which is a national legal holiday or any day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Service: Fund transfers and payment through the mobile device or the internet banking and inhere we mean (CliQ).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Client shall solely bear the responsibility that may result from debiting his account (s) \\ credit card when using this service or any liability that may arise from mistakenly transferring any amount(s) to any other account or making purchases to merchants through this service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The <\/span>client<\/span> undertakes not to use this service for commercial purposes to make profit<\/span>s<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The bank has the right to remove any created aliases that incorporate trademarks or trade names unrelated to the client, or that are not approved based on political, ideological, commercial, or social considerations.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The bank may close any of the <\/span>client<\/span>\u2019s accounts at any <\/span>time with<\/span>out<\/span> notifying the <\/span>client<\/span> and without bearing any responsibility at its absolute discretion in case the bank finds out that the <\/span>client<\/span> has violated any of the <\/span>terms<\/span> or if the <\/span>client<\/span> does not observe the law and the principle of good intention or for any other reason estimated by the bank.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. For the purposes of this service t<\/span>he <\/span>client<\/span> authorizes the bank to provide \u201cJOPACC\u201d with the <\/span>client<\/span>\u2019s data and information that is updated from time to time, as well a<\/span>s to exchange the given data & i<\/span>nform<\/span>ation with other financial institutions<\/span> and any transfer <\/span>initiator or any<\/span> involved<\/span> party<\/span> in processing this service.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The bank has the right to <\/span>delete<\/span> any suspended aliases after <\/span>90 days<\/span> <\/span>from<\/span> suspending the alias.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The service \u201c<\/span>CLiQ<\/span>\u201d is only provided <\/span>inside<\/span> the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan, according to the approved currencies by the central bank of Jordan & \u201cJOPACC<\/span>\u201d.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. The bank will not be responsible for any errors, damages, loss, costs, or expenses that may be incurred by the <\/span>client<\/span> as a result of violation of these conditions, and the <\/span>client<\/span> shall bear all compensations, costs, claims and damages that the bank may be exposed to as a result of the violation of these conditions.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  9. The <\/span>previous<\/span> mentioned in the general and special conditions manual for dealing with the bank account and electronic services, and any amendments there <\/span>to<\/span> shall be applied to the extent that they do <\/span>no<\/span> conflict with these conditions.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  10. The <\/span>client<\/span> <\/span>is responsible <\/span>for<\/span> informing<\/span> the bank <\/span>directly<\/span> <\/span>for<\/span> any complaints or suggestions, by calling the contact center on 06-5001515<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  11. The Bank shall have the right to change the daily transfer limit at <\/span>anytime<\/span> without prior <\/span>customer’s<\/span> approval.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  12. The Bank shall have the right not to perform any funds transfers if the customer does not have sufficient balance in the <\/span>account,<\/span> at the time the order is to be performed, or if the transfer amount exceeds the daily transfer limit.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Transfer minimum amount (0.5) JOD, and a maximum of (5000) JOD per day.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The number of daily transfers is (10) times for a total of (25,000) JOD.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
