When the customer submits a request for the <\/span>iCash<\/span><\/b> service through the <\/span>iBank online banking service<\/span><\/b>, the customer agrees\u2014effective from the date of submitting the iCash request and until full settlement of the amount\u2014to the following terms and conditions:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The customer must not have any due and unpaid installments.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The customer\u2019s salary must have been transferred at least once<\/span><\/b> to any INVESTBANK account, with a <\/span>minimum monthly salary of 400 Jordanian Dinars<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The customer may apply for the iCash service <\/span>within a minimum of 9 days and a maximum of 35 days<\/span><\/b> from the date the salary is transferred to their account at INVESTBANK.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. If <\/span>more than 35 days<\/span><\/b> have passed since the last salary transfer, the customer <\/span>cannot apply<\/span><\/b> for the iCash service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. The customer may receive up to <\/span>50% of the net average salary for the last three months<\/span><\/b>, after deducting all obligations due within 30 days, including loan installments or credit card balances.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The iCash service is offered at <\/span>0% interest<\/span><\/b>, provided that the <\/span>advance amount is fully repaid within 23 days<\/span><\/b> from the date the iCash request is submitted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The iCash service is available <\/span>only for salaries transferred in Jordanian Dinars<\/span><\/b>. Salaries transferred in foreign currencies are excluded.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. The customer authorizes the bank to <\/span>open an iCash account automatically<\/span><\/b> for the purpose of utilizing the service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9.     1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the approved limit in <\/span>multiple transactions<\/span><\/b> during the service period; however, an execution fee will be charged <\/span>each time<\/span><\/b> the customer requests the service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    2. The <\/span>minimum iCash amount<\/span><\/b> is <\/span>50 JOD<\/span><\/b>, and the <\/span>maximum<\/span><\/b> is <\/span>10,000 JOD<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    3. The customer authorizes the bank to <\/span>automatically settle any outstanding balance<\/span><\/b> under the iCash service as soon as any amounts are deposited into their bank account, either partially or in full.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    4. The customer may settle the iCash advance by <\/span>transferring funds to the iCash account<\/span><\/b> through iBank.jo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    5. If the iCash due date falls on an official holiday, the bank has the right to collect the amount on the <\/span>business day preceding<\/span><\/b> the holiday.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    6. If the customer delays repayment of the full amount granted\u2014plus execution fees\u2014beyond <\/span>23 days from the due date<\/span><\/b>, the bank has the right to deduct a <\/span>fixed fee of 10 JOD<\/span><\/b>, applicable until the full settlement of the advance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    7. If the 23rd day from the application date falls on a weekend or official holiday, the fee will be collected on the <\/span>last business day before that date<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    8. If <\/span>21 days<\/span><\/b> pass and the customer has not repaid the outstanding iCash balance, the <\/span>iCash service will be suspended<\/span><\/b> until all outstanding amounts are settled.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\t
    9. The bank has the right, at any time and without stating reasons, to <\/span>terminate this service<\/span><\/b> and demand repayment of any amounts credited to the customer\u2019s account under these terms and conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
