March 19, 2014: INVESTBANK, the leading bank in customer service, signed the first partnership agreement of its kind in the Kingdom with Aramex. The agreement grants clients on both sides a number of benefits and services involving express shipping and transport. The agreement was signed by the CEO of the Bank, Muntaser Dawwas, and by Ala’a Saudi, Regional Director for the Levant area on behalf of Aramex.

Platinum credit cardholders (which will have the logos of both INVESTBANK and Aramex) will enjoy three free Shop & Ship service subscriptions (gold cardholders will enjoy one) via the company’s website: www.shipandshop.com. Platinum and gold cardholders will also benefit from a 15% discount on protection services for shipping and transportation for three months starting from the beginning of the campaign this March.

Dawwas affirmed his pride in the Bank’s partnership with Aramex, a national brand that has established a distinguished regional and global presence. The CEO added that the agreement includes a number of innovative features for the Bank's customers. Many of the features are particularly important in light of individuals’ increasing reliance on shipping services and express transportation, whether for the purpose of online shopping or for the increasingly common need of express mail among individuals.

Dawwas added that these new features add to a diverse list of innovative solutions the Bank seeks to provide its customers. The launch of such services is in line with the developments of our modern life and its requirements, and is necessary to ease customers’ daily lives.

Commenting on the new partnership, Ala’a Saudi said: It is our pleasure to partner with INVESTBANK and provide the customers this offer, in which it will facilitate the online shopping and reduce its cost. Shop and Ship service will allow the customer to shop from any website in the world. This service will also offer personal mailing address to receive the purchase orders in New York, London, Shanghai, Dubai, Mumbai, Istanbul, Hong Kong, and Johannesburg. The goods will then be transferred to the actual addresses for the consumers in Jordan.

He also added: “The card holders will get back 2% Cash Rewards for every purchase they make through credit cards, in addition to the possibility of installment payments at 0% interest on purchases for 6 months through the program "Pay as you like.”
