Visa Global Customer Assistance Services ( provides an opportunity to extend client outreach and deliver superior services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year We are committed to provide these set of value added services worldwide: Lost or Stolen Card: Assists cardholders in blocking their lost,stolen , damaged/ compromised cards Emergency Card Replacement (ECR) :Assists cardholders with expedited card replacements Emergency Cash Disbursement (ECD): Assists cardholders with expedited emergency cash Cardholder Inquiry Service (CIS): Assists cardholders with all types of Visa related inquiries Exception File Update: Updates card numbers in the Visa Exception File as well as the CRB Card Recovery Bulletin.
